Daily Activities

Our hearts and brains are constantly changing, and just like the muscles in our body, they can lose strength if we don’t exercise them enough. It is especially important for seniors to stay physically and mentally active on a daily basis, which is why we offer a variety of fun and stimulating activities to help get our bodies and minds moving. They’re fun and enjoyable for everyone, and a great way to meet our other residents.

Peer Networking

Stay Connected

There’s probably no activity that gets our blood pumping and faces grinning quite like Peer Networking. Live on the adventurous side and join fellow community members in our Peer Networking programs such as balloon-toss, trivia, Karaoke, and more! We’re sure you’ll love it, learn something new, and definitely make some new friends in the process.

Fresh Air & Sunlight

Being outside and receiving sunlight is a crucial part of our daily life. Our staff encourages residents to have time outside in the morning to get fresh air and enjoy our garden. We encourage activities outside and picking fresh produce to help stimulate our residents' minds.

Stay Active

There’s probably no activity that gets our body rolling and faces grinning quite like outdoor walks. We encourage our residents to be active and moving with outdoor walks and activities. A backyard or neighborhood stroll is an option for residents who are mobile and prefer to have an assisted walk with one of our staff members.
