Gentle Caring Home
A Newly Renovated Residential Care Facility For the Elderly In Beautiful South Orange County
COVID-19 Policies and Procedures
Gentle Caring Home puts patients first in these unique times by following strict COVID-19 guidelines set forth by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
Our caregivers and any visiting medical staff must wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPEs) at all times at our facility. PPEs include gloves, masks, disposable gowns, antimicrobial soaps, and alcohol sanitizer. We enforce a rigorous infection control policy with strict guidance for all staff to wear appropriate PPEs. All staff and other medical visitors must wash their hands and be temperature tested before entering our facility, as well as before and after visiting with each patient.
For current resident visitors, we are currently only permitting guests to visit outside or in the garage after washing their hands. We also require masks for all outside visitors as well as a temperature test.

Any visitors who have traveled or been exposed to an individual testing positive for COVID-19 will not be permitted on the premises until after a two-week quarantine period.
